Feeling distant and pathetic

does anyone here feel distant from social media, like that feeling of strangeness and out of touch?
Seeing everyone living up to the standards of society such as creating social media, having interactions, and whatnot, while you are just feeling like a loser thinking I would never be like that.
And that feeling of loneliness once you do create anything.
I just feel like this sometimes and put a pathetic branding on my way of life.
