yea dude u r right, we talk to each other on public chats and have fun..but i also think when we talk to the same group of people everyday then it feels like they r our good frnds who are givin their time to have a covrsation with us , it feels like a family then . a family of those good people who were the strangers back then but now when come here we hope to hve a convrsation with those fgood people agian or to make new frnds to make this family big . If i talk about myself ,I joined this tws a week ago and i didn't know any of u guys then..and 5 days later I'm the part of 2 best groups here ..i always enjoy when i come here ..my very good frnds @KATIEVERNOLA , @SJo @Warm-Masala-Chai @Ash005 ( @allison ¿¿) @Xin_Ling @CruWaRKi @Sassygirl :joy: guys i can say now that Ï CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE I TALK TO HERE ..THANK U GUYS

Meditation is an answer for many questions they say.....
DO YOU MEDITATE? IF YOU DO, THEN WHAT IS YOUR TOOL FOR THAT, HOW DO YOU PERFORM
I meditate while I run or I can say I run to meditate. I had heard about meditation before of course, but never really thought about it that seriously. But in the 2020 Lockdown period, I read an article about it and then understood its meaning and how it positively affects our life. I got excited, I sat down and started performing it, but it didn't work as even after being aware of what Meditation is, I was still not doing it right, couldn't focus at all. Then I realized that my running session is only time in the entire day in which I don't think about anything else and I just focus on my breathing tempo, that's it.
I got my answer then, I started using my Running session as my Meditation tool and I'm still going strong. Thank you for reading this :pray: let's hear about yours ;) -

@a-lost-girl yea u r ryt , depression is not just a state of mind as it doesn't just last for few hours or a day. It can affect the victims mentally as well as physically sometimes when they try to hurt themselves, and this can last for very long period. And according to me what ashes boba mentioned as a solution for this serious problem here is a solution for the demotivated state of mind, not for depression. And hey @Ashes-boba I'm not being rude here so plz dnt mind as what I believe we all are here to learn good things from eachother 🙏😊
