@Bill-Dhivid I found nothing in your digital footprint but a good reputation.
Cool to see you keeping it real. Stay awesome! -
@kaia_ well, I should be thankful to the people with whom I've lived memories and left footprints.
Yet my curiosity didn't end what I've been thinking of! -
@Bill-Dhivid That's good. How long does it take to master a guitar? not the guitar in general.. Enjoy your continuing journey. There are always secrets to uncover.
-
@kaia_ it's upto the learner. I taught myself playing guitar to support my vocal. I did it in my own way, I used to find my own arrangements for my lyrics, I kept it noted and now it doesn't take longer for me to figga out music. I never had a coach but having a coach could save your time.

@Bill-Dhivid I have an electric and two acoustic. I've started playing basic chords but my fingers hurt so much. I know I'll get used to it but I can barely play for 5 min without my fingers hurting :cry: Now I can only play a terrible version of a song. And nobody likes my bad singing voice except me :flushed:
-
@kaia_ lol that was funny 😆
First, it doesn't matter if someone's liking it or not. I avoid playing it to people unless someone really wants to listen.
You should keep on practicing more and more, there will be pain. Pain is important to train tips of fingers. Soon you will reach to state of saturation where your finger tips will be trained enough to bear pain of cuts formed by strings. Mark of cuts are good sign, your target should be the final mark where upper layer of skin is removed and fiber at tips are formed into shape of string, wait for new layer of skin and this time you won't feel pain of cut. -
@Bill-Dhivid Oh, thanks. Sure I'll keep practising. It's something I like. It just wasn't what I was really passionate about. I've been doing it for fun. I'm not gonna go through life being perfect at every hobby I do. Btw, who's your guitar hero? Mine is Joe Satriani. I like his feel good style.

@kaia_ tho I like many but Estás Tonne is my favourite, he's the guy whose music elaborates the story without any lyrics.

@Bill-Dhivid There are some feelings or emotions that cant be described by the words alone. He sings through the guitar, heartfelt art coming straight from magical soul.
I have to be very very patient to work to that point. -
@kaia_ all the best👍
