I need a good friend in real life rather than oppurtunistic friends,somebody please help me !

I have no idea ,in making real good friends! (What I mean is that somebody to whom I can be open and only person who is currently like that to me is my sister,but that has its own problems)kids my age usually hate me because I am really selfcentred almost all the time and I really have a gigantic pride issue in real life.I hope somebody will help me!
