I am being blackmailed and I have no idea how to handle it. They have a naked picture of me (my fault) and threaten to send it to my facebook friends and family unless I pay them 400 dollars. I am poor and barely making it paycheck to paycheck, how do I get out from under this without paying OR letting my family see the picture?

good you are from US, i dont really know about legal system there, but here my advice. first, screenshot your chat with the blackmailer i guess that needed in prosecution on the court, second, go to police or call 911 for further instruction. Online blackmail is illegal and quite prosecutable, once again i don't really know about your legal system but you can tell the law enforcer to prosecute under, 18 U.S. Code § 873 - Blackmail (https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/873).
