Hey, I want to know, how do you get to speed up the metabolism, as I heard that's one of the main solutions to lose weight fast.
I used to box for a while and after quitting, I gained some weight and even with a kind of diet nothing actually happened so any advices?? -
@stellarstellass LMAOOOO.. So i have a a super super fast metabolism like I could sit at an "all you could eat sushi buffet" for days if I ate slow enough lol. I have always weighed between 95 and 110 pounds and mainly I think the issue is I don't always get hungry especially when I first wake up like sometimes I don't eat till Noon when I wake up around 10 the latest. I have tried protein powders and I try to do small bouts of working out at least once a day but Idk if that is making it harder to gain weight lol

@stellarstellass I stopped eating sugar for a while like 3 weeks and minimized eating generally, I don't actually have knowledge about diets.

@Hedi what u need to do, as do a lot of quick high intensity workouts. Lift a lot of heavy stuff, use your entire body, and do runs and stairmachine stuff

@Hiimbored If your workouts are cardio, it makes weight gain harder. U need to do heavy lifting. also eat more than u like. gaining weight also gives u a bigger appetite

@stellarstellass there is a small issue with that, I couldn't find time to workout that's why I stopped boxing, so I need to workout at home now. so basically no heavy lifting, so any suggestions in this case?

@Hedi u need to buy u some kettlebells and a bar that you can do pull ups on.
start doing squats and sit ups too. -
@stellarstellass Ok that's good advice thanks. All I do is heavy lighting type workouts but I walk most places I go and I walk very fast so maybe I should slow down on that lol.

@Hedi it takes a lot of work to get 'huge' - if you want to grow a specific area, look up a video on youtube :)
