@Hyde It is not necessarily bad to gain fat, as long as your body fat % doesn't get too high.
I would say you should try to eat a lot of fruit and plant based stuff like chickpeas, and then start doing arm and leg stuff at the gym. Remember to eat big meals, and always drink a little more water than u think u need.

@Hyde if you're a musician that does a lot of running, then just start eating way more. You should be healthy enough :) drink less coffee tho, and more water and fruit juice.

@Hiimbored If your workouts are cardio, it makes weight gain harder. U need to do heavy lifting. also eat more than u like. gaining weight also gives u a bigger appetite

@Hedi what u need to do, as do a lot of quick high intensity workouts. Lift a lot of heavy stuff, use your entire body, and do runs and stairmachine stuff
