I'm actually going to be boring and say money. I wouldn't consider myself to be a very materialistic person, but I'd be lying if I said money doesn't make the world go 'round.

1st I'm also broke :)
2nd I'd choose money too but I'd still do realestate/marketing/web advertising... just to learn how it's done
3rd money is just life fuel and what matters is what you use it and do with it but it by itself is just a tool
