try & identify what’s making u feel this way so that u can make a change in ur life and eliminate the cause of it. do little things that make you happy everyday, take a walk, watch your favourite show or do something therapeutic like listen to music, draw, write down how you feel. remember that pain is temporary and this too will pass, focus on getting back to normal and show yourself love each day because you deserve it. i hope things get easier for you, one day you’ll look back at this part of your life and admire your own strength and perseverance to get better. sending love and light and positive energy your way, my inbox is open if you need anything 🤍

-
@idek2019 I badly need a therapist
Iam in ocean of problems -
I need some therapy too. I struggle with severe depression since I lost my job 2 months ago. I don't socialize anymore with my friends. I mean the only way I socialize is here on TWS, but it's not enough for me. I need my life back!
-
idek2019 hahaha.. you way too funny... haha
-
no, but u're actualy pretty lovely and cool and i like ur words :)
-
@rohitSgn whats going on?
-
@Dogban u just gotta put yourself out there cuz im sure there are plenty of other opportunities for jobs. having a job is a great way to socialize, and im sure the job u were relieved from wasnt the only one lol. but if u really liked your job, then u should ask yourself, "what did i do to put myself in this situation?" or "did something happen within the company that i had to be relieved from my job?" once youve figured that out, take it as a learning experience and gain as much knowledge as u can from it. then use that knowledge to help u in future jobs
-
@idek2019 you're right and thanks for your advice.
-
@Dogban no problem, I hope I was of some help to your situation 👍🏻
-
Yeah, in fact my problem is that I don't have such a high self-esteem. I feel like I am underappreciated in every place where I work.
-
@Dogban well, u have to understand that none of us will get far in life if we spend time thinking about what others think about us. Remember what the main focus of a job is: to do your job. Making friends or feeling appreciated is just a bonus u receive from that job and one of the reasons that you’d look forward to going to work. However, the boss should be appreciative of the work that u do. If not, then find another job where u know, or at least expect, the boss will appreciate your work.
