Somewhat. Luck, to me, would be defined as the amount of time's you've gotten the good result out of something with a possibility to fail. The more lucky you are, the more times you have gotten the good outcome over a possibly greater chance for failure. I do not believe that having a good outcome once due to "luck" would have any effect on if you'll get the lucky or unlucky outcome next time.

I wouldn't say luck is something supernatural. I would use it to describe a situation where someone gained something despite a lack of skill. Like the lottery.
