I'm an 18 year old female, and my mom's boyfriend's niece, who is 12 years old, has a bit of a crush on me. She has told me this many times, and attempted to flirt with me whenever she gets the chance. This makes me really uncomfortable, and I want it to stop without actually hurting her. I wanna let her down gently, but I've never had to actually reject someone before. How do I deal with something like this?
