I feel like every time I make a female friend, I just instantly fall in love. I'm 18 and a lesbian. I don't fall in love with strangers easily, but the moment I start to get to know them better, BOOM, attraction. Is there any reasonable way to explain this, or am I just a weirdo?

Some girl keeps calling me Avocado.
So, there's this foreign exchange student in my class who keeps calling me Avocado, like, she's convinced that that is my actual name. This kinda started with me being stupid during a Kahoot game and using the nickname "Avocado". And then I won, and the teacher asked who Avocado was. I raised my hand, and the girl that sat next to me has been calling me Avocado ever since. I mean, she's pretty nice and all, but it's kinda embarrassing when we run into each other outside of class, and she just goes, "Hey, Avocado!" around a bunch of random strangers. Just felt like getting that off my chest. And sorry, if you're that girl. My name is not Avocado.

This 12 year old girl likes me. What do I do?
I'm an 18 year old female, and my mom's boyfriend's niece, who is 12 years old, has a bit of a crush on me. She has told me this many times, and attempted to flirt with me whenever she gets the chance. This makes me really uncomfortable, and I want it to stop without actually hurting her. I wanna let her down gently, but I've never had to actually reject someone before. How do I deal with something like this?
