@Bela-Hella Thank you for making the post. We're eager to learn what users care about so we also direct our efforts in that direction.
@spaceboy Our vision has always been to make an effort to create a simple platform for users from all over the world irrespective of age and background, to come and interact with each other. We understand its a big challenge for us to technically complete with big companies out there with funding and resources. However, being a small knit team gives us an advantage to listen to the users and provide the support to the community instead of direct them based on investors agenda.
Ultimately we want this to be something that is welcoming to all age groups with various interests, instead of focussing on one type of users.

@TalkWithStranger No problem.. We will work hand in hand for a better tws.. :-)

@TalkWithStranger
Hey, not wanting to sound like a rude complainer, but:
Are the CAPTCHA's here really necessary?
I know there are a lot of spammers and trolls out there and something must be done against them. So i see the point in spam-prevention.
I just question myself if there is any other, less annoying way to prove yourself that you are not one of them.
Makes accessing this site easier and all. -
@Bela-Hella Indian men ruin everything
-
@Stricty yes..exactly..they are all over this place.hahaha
-
@Karina-Kara I'm afraid they are necessary. The firewall however shows to ips based on algorithms and not to all users, e.g some vpns. This is necessary to deter spammers.
What are your suggestions for less annoying ways to prove?
-
@TalkWithStranger Maybe implement a feature that detects more the users posting. E.G. if they are repetitive they need to be reviewed by a moderator to be approved. And that some older users, who sticked around with this site for quite a while, don't need them anymore, as they have proven their trust with their "experience".
Like using the reputation meter from the users. But that's just my opinion. -
@Karina-Kara Thanks for your ideas. We appreciate it. However, those captcha checks happen even before user logs in to the website or authenticated. This is so that in case its a script or bot, it will stop even before adding more stress to server.

@TalkWithStranger Damn robots.
-
@TalkWithStranger Tie a users account to their phone number?..

@nightshifter , @Bela-Hella Let's hail our goddesses and this will be the goal of these site. Lol :-) :-)
Hej ..this is bias amigo.. π

@Indrid-Cold "Angst, good times and honest opinion" ... for a second i thought you were just describing great s e x. :laughing: :laughing:
-
@spaceboy I mean obviously the phone number would not be displayed anywhere, and they could give people a chance to answer anonymously even when they are logged in to their account. In case they spam or brake rules, the developer team can see who did that and punish with a lil cute 2h ban or whatever.
