Why do i feel a strong urge to cry every night

I have been frustrated with things (ie high school and shit) for like a year.
But since last week i am feeling a strong urge to cry every night (but can't).btw, I feel normal during daytime

Depression probably. Don't say you're not depressed. I was depressed for a long time without even knowing it. Only now did i realize when i reflected on how abnormal my point of view and attitude was in those days.
It's okay if you let out your emotions. Addressing the problem rather than running away helps.
Just try to find out what is the cause. And share if you want. We're here for you. I hope you feel good bro(/sis)

@Jeff9998 alright time for expert psychology , what you’re going through may not be depression,what helped me and a lot people and even famous individuals was to set up schedule but sacrifice something for not doing it example : Dave made a contract with his sister that whenever he doesn’t do anything productive like exercise he had to give away 10k pounds to Scientology,when he finished he ended up happy try it

The fact it happens only at night might be cuz of your lifestyle. IF you have a somewhat busy/active daytime cycle, you won't have time to overthink and be depressed about anything while at night we usually have more time!

Been there, done that.
I don't get it. Why crying is a big deal, actually crying really helps, there's nothing wrong in shedding a salty fluid full of protein and water maybe mucus and oil too, releasing from a gland of your eye.
INFACT I've read about it in an article that our body produces an average of 5 to 10 ounces of tears each day. I think we all should utilize our tears by watching Bambi's mother die everyday. #Letshaveagoodcry
