1. stare at the food for like 1 year....HAHHHA
   2.Smell it (if it tastes good hahaha)
   3.eat a little portion of it as a sign of respect :D

@cjko They said a refuse to an offer is an insult,and its not good ignoring food at the table,hence im picky eater..I always do this when i dislike the food..

2. Drink plenty of water
3. Act out like I am full hahaha

I’m someone that has been in a position where if you don’t like the food you go hungry, so it taught me a lesson that ... like or dislike ... if ya don’t wanna feel hungry ... ya eat the food lol

2. Give to others.

3. There are cases when you have to consider the feelings of the one who prepared the food. If for example, you were a guest (invited) in a dinner or a party, you should forcefully eat it. Swallow everything. They might be disrespected. Secondly, just give "white lies" (false compliments).
