In this case u r both strong as well as weak . If you punch yourself and it hurts that means u are strong enough to hurt yourself .
if your punch hurts you that means you are weak enough to tolerate your own power

First of all a person who punches himself / herself needs to have courage i.e. Strong
If the person breaks down then he is obviously Weak as well.
So pretty much you are as @ObviouslyLucifer said 'weakly strong'

@azriel yes becuase your nervous system controls your muscles and tells your muscles to move and tells you when you feel something or feel pain. your skeletal and digestive system helped too I guess
