If the MCU Hulk hit the MCU Blackpanther, would Black panther's new suit absorb Hulk's hit leaving no damage?

That's the Hulk taking out a Leviathan during the Chitauri invasion of Earth.
Hulk is immensely strong. I'm not sure that point is very clear among many fans of the MCU. Stopping that beast like he did would involve kiloton levels of power. I'd imagine something along the lines of stopping a small USN destroyer dead in the water. And that was just recently transformed Hulk. Not even Berserker Hulk like in Age of Ultron.
Coming to T'challa.
Guy took a rhino hit to the supposedly fully shock-absorbent suit and got the wind knocked out of him but we don't care about that. Let's focus on the suit. The most damage I've seen it take is an RPG hit in Seoul that destroyed the nanite cohesion. That's dangerously low strength when dealing with hulk level threats.
T'challa will get a royal ass whooping from Hulk, with or without a vibranium suit.

Here is how it's gonna play out.
The hulk is about to hit the Black Panther.
Instead of using his superior speed and agility, The black panther chooses to stupidly test out his teenage sisters invention.
A single punch hits the Black panther. We see his remains (note the use of the word remains) fly at astonishing speed across the screen into the nearest solid structure, say a building, about 200 meters away, his remains exit the building and hit another building seriously damaging that buildings concrete walls.
The next scene we see T'chaka telling T’chala "You are welcome my son to join your ancestors"
With the other black panther ancestral kings laughing it out in the background.
The T'chala asks with his charming African accent, “but what happened Baba”, his father hugs him and says "My Son, You should have dodged the Punch from the raging green monster, Instead of standing. T'challa says “Baba I was a fool" then T'chaka replies “YES SON YOU WERE.”
Don't worry your teen sister Shuri is Queen of Wakanda now.

Well, that's not entirely true. Hulk usually figures out a way to adapt to whatever challenge he faces. Plus the more he's losing in a fight, the more pissed he's gonna get (which usually doesn't bode well for his opponent). So yes, T'Challa may strategically stand a chance against the Hulk, but eventually his toys won't be enough to stop the Hulk from raging out on him.
