@rendezvous bro. My father , uncle and mama all are diabetic. Two of them himself are doctors. They told me and i have also read one article about diabetes on world heath day in which the theme was about diabetes. That most of people have misconception that diabetes happen due to sweet. So , I advice you to research as brother. If i am wrong then suggest me the place where it is written Sweetness is responsible for Diabetes.

@rendezvous . In simple words according to my research and knowledge. Taking sweet as diabetic is harmful, but but but , Taking sweet doesn't lead to diabetes.

@willoww i have quite a few. Though these might be popular in India at some places.
- Rice with Curd ( You wont be able to get its taste out of your mouth)
- Rice with some milk and sugar mixed in a bowl ( make sure, that rice doesnt have any salt in it originally and make sure, to use a bowl and not a plate)
- Curd and banana, maybe with some sugar (also beneficial for people wishing to gain some weight)
- Mixed Fruit Jam with Plain Parantha ( Parantha is an Indian bread)
- Mango with Plain Parantha ( For all the Mango lovers out there)
-
@naveen067 Yep me too. I have been eating these all my life.
