Our bodies change with time but whats inside us remains, work on your inside starting with not depending on others to find happiness. Happiness is within. Remember character is what defines a person. While i understand we are social beings and we have emotional needs, peace of mind is more valuable than that. Keep yourself busy doing the things you love and being around people who build you.
