Step one:pack up his bag and kick him out of your mind. Step two: distraction by anything you normally wouldnt allow yourself to do

Its not just going to go away. But I am just promising that it will get better. Ya just cant see the light at the end of the tunnel yet. Hell, the last time I broke up with someone, it took me two MONTHS to get over them. But the bf before that, it only took me a few days to move on. Nobody can give you estimate of how long it will take you to move on. And nobodt can definitely tell you something that will help you specifically get over it. But I for sure can definitely tell you that you will someday. Just dont feel bad about it taking so long. And if you dont want to see the light, then you wont. Just a thought ig
