It my pleasureššš
Whew! I'm free again!
-
Firstly, My Internals are finally over and I'm free again. Well, I guess that's a reason to be happy, I guess? Anyway, I can be more active again.
Secondly, @JustHere asked a question today about our favorite youtuber that we grew up watching and I didn't remember the names so I tried to search for them, only to realize that I won't be able to ever find their names as YouTube doesn't show our YouTube history in the reverse order. I would never know the name of my first watched YouTube video for the rest of my life...
Thirdly, How is this pronounced?
Is it "to-may-to" or "to-mah-to"? I have seen people argue over it. What do you think is right?
-
- Wow you're free now!! Congrats š
- Lmaoo that's really hard to find moreover there's no option to search in reverse order š
- I had a British English teacher in school and she taught me how to pronounce a š
*In British English they call it as "To-mah-to".
*In American English they call it as "To-mey-to".
That's it š

to-may-to
Thanks again, I was half expecting something weird. Thank god, it wasn't.
-
i know that feeling, one of the best in the world ;)
-
@Sir-Devil As far as tomato, both pronunciations are equally acceptable. To some degree, it could be a regional preference, or even a familial, or personal one.
-
@Lucifer So long as we're not going through that whole debate over Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip again, it's all good.
