@Celiaaaa Hmm, nice question!😂
Unfortunately, I will be answering from a more scientific temperament than a philosphical one, considering that I am just a teen learning anatomy 😂
Well, the brain holds the centres for all cognitive functions, and also thoughts, moments, dreams, opinions and association areas which help us to function efficiently as humans...The mind, to me, is more of a virtual location which houses desires, aspirations, famtasies and stuff that your brain will probably not waste energy to house in itself..While the brain is more of a practical existence, the mind has a more spiritual and a philosophical one...A comatose may just be deemed of as a living corpse, but many a times, have I seen the brain dead people expressing through ways that we as beings, don't commonly use...Conclusion? Both the mind and the brain are important to the lively existence of a being, but emotions generated by the mind should not drive the actions and decisions made by the brain!😀
