There's nothing you can do about the volatility on bitcoin right now, it's that kind of market.
Maybe in the future, the volatility will approach the traditional markets, but right now you have to be careful, especially if you are trading with shoulders.
The main thing is to always be ready to go to work at McDonald's :billed_cap: (just kidding)
Volatility is also one of the biggest pluses of cryptocurrencies, so you need to be able to work with it!
