I don't have a answer for that. I have too many conflicting views. One side in my mind says that let the world go f**k itself, save yourself first. Another side is saying that live for the greater good, it doesn't matter even if you sacrifice yourself in the end for that purpose.
But all of it can agree that before saving anyone, you must yourself be saved and that family is important.
Emotions trumps over logic here. For example, I would do anything for my little sister even if it means losing something valuable.

Is more important to help and love ourselves first ,because if we aren't stable mentally then there's no way you can be capable of helping the world. Everything is in small but important steps, like when we are cooking we first buy the food ,start to season the food 'til taste good for us , then we serve what we made with so much love and care.
Mental health is the key to help the world. -
