RE: In a perfect world , would you rather have more knowledge, more imagination ,or more empathy?
knowledge makes you live better. Imagination makes you escape reality with more ease. Empathy makes you miserable in this life. I guess I would rather be smarter and wiser.

Things to come.
HEY GUYS. I've been thinking a lot lately about how I have a weird, strong desire to share things about Brazilian culture around here, so, I came up with this idea to create a somewhat periodic posting schedule about cultural exchange project I'm planning to call "SOUNDS AND SIGHTS". the Idea is to post a traditional song from your country and a video or pictures that would pair well with the song. I plan on starting it soon, and I will do it regardless of audience. SO, if you want to know more about the world, I will show less than 1 % of my homecountry's cultural scenery. and as a thank you, here is a gif from my personal collection:
also, being the only frequent brazilian user around that I know of, I kinda feel like it is my obligation to introduce all willing to get introduced to a little bit about this weird place I call home.

RE: Bad Night and a Thank You
@Deimat Stay strong there little poetess. One day it might get better and that's all we gotta believe. Not in a foolish dreamy way, but more like a statistical and logical way. Things does get better with time.

RE: Life Is Absurd! (A post inspired by YOU)
Camus comes to help people get over the fact that Nihilism is pretty brutal, especially to modern people. as we come to understand more and more about our nature, it becomes clearer that we were not supposed to live the way we do, and this knowledge is enough to send some people to the ground. Camus is a breath of fresh air to those staring into the abyss. And your post about the Absurdity is pretty fucking good Div. Congrats!

RE: Mod election needed
@Sicky-Sir welp, I wouldn't mind to know what are the requisite for being a mod first of all. I might start a campaign. Vote Brazilian Guy, from the Gesus Party, to help keep this place free of pervs and bots and spammers and Bad trolls. especially Bad trolls. HEHEHEHE

RE: Dear @talkwithstranger...
@Scottish oof I feel somewhat offended and flattered at the same time bearing such a confusing word as my Nickname. could I indulge myself in a bit of explanation about those words? It might take measly 3 hours of everybody time.. OK here I go....

RE: What makes friends different from family?
i think we misuse those words. I consider friendship much, much more than family ties. we should honor our family by calling then friends, not the contrary. family is just blood and we can not chose then.

RE: Would you let your best friend date your EX?
@cjko actually My friends are those single for life type of guys, all my Exs are crazy about commitment... but Both groups are somewhat crazy, Friends and Exs.. So i guess insanity isn't really a detriment in this cenario, just the complete opposite of life perpespectives and style.;

RE: Does poverty cause crime?
i could try to go all "sociology enthusiast" in here, but, my english would probably leave me half way into a explanation, but, trying to sumarize it the best way i can, poverty can cause crimes, yeah, but more often when there is also injustice and inequality. wherever everybody is suffering from it at the same time, people tend to help each other. of course, nothing is black and white, but, as i see it, i think what i wrote kinda make sense.
