so i usually go to gym and i like it, but there are some days that i cant find motivation to go and work out so i just stay at home doing nothing. has someone experienced this before? how do you pass this stuff and still go to the gym by not forcing yourself?

i feel like what i listen now doesn’t match my personality anymore, i’ve tried to search for something new and i listened to my old playlist too but it’s like everything sounds bad to me. has this ever happened to someone? if yes, what did you do?

although I am not “living life at the highest point” gurl and I don’t care that much about myself, I fear the most losing the people I care about, if something would happen to them I would be destroyed

something like this also happened to me, I don’t know what this actually means tho, all I can say is to say strong (although you feel almost nothing)

I got these thoughts and I really don’t know where they came from. I became mesmerized by human existence for no reason. I can stare at my arms all day long wondering how amzing they are. Anybody thinks the same?

I think this is so hard to go through something like this but you still have to find your happiness. Try some new hobbies or do something you like and keep your mind busy so you can’t think about bad things. wish you all the best
