Awards Intro:
For those who dont know what awards are. AWARDS is a system for rewarding top community users. It allows us to define set of awards that could be granted to users for special accomplishments. Awards are visible on users profile. See this for e.g. @Lucifer
How:
You can nominate atleast 2-3 users per category but let me specify ONLY ONE user will have the title, means the most mention. Pls pick the users you feel best fit a certain category.
When:

Imagine that We Tws users are on an exclusive cruise vacation but our cruise was about to sink due to bad circumstance and in need to decrease #s of passengers..Name as many users you like to throw him/her off the water but he/she must be 1 of your tws followers or you are following that person..If you follow less or no followers just name a user then this is playtime afterall
