lost motivation in life to do anything

hey guys i am a master student in germany.
i am from india. I came to germany roughly a year ago and started my master's studies a month ago. When i was learning german language i was really excited about starting my studies.
i was like when will i complete my language and finally begin my studies. But now when it started i just don't know what i want anymore.
i have lost all motivation to do anything even daily chores like making food, buying groceries, cleaning house is too much for me.
I don't know what should i do? How can i find my motivation back. -

@Jan8269 i feel like that sometimes too. take a day off, go out alone, have fun. dont stress too much. give atleast 2 or 3 days for yourself alone. mental health plays an important role and dont neglect it. read a book or watch a movie, but make sure you dont feel guilty doing so. give it some time and all will be great. hope ur happy, have a nice day :)
