black eye - beaten up
Crown - Royalty
stuff in mouth - gagged
high bars in backround - prison
Crosses in backround - Cemetary
So clearly it all means ... an Elven Royalty took part in a mission . The mission went bad and she has been beaten .
The gag thing looks to be not attached to anything ,so she has chosen self imposed silence .
To not reveal anything that would betray her country i.e. death before dishonor .
She is in prison awaiting death.

@Raye Some hungry queen elf eating yellow soccer ball inside a goal post?? Not bad not bad!!!. Am sorry for contemplating this way but I can see some football net in the background. Why?? I'd love to know. Were they playing soccer and the elf team lost so the 10 members made their goal keeper chew the ball??
