I find on the contrary that it’s easier to open up to people from the other side of a screen. It’s kind of like a barrier that makes me more comfortable to talk about some things I wouldn’t want to share irl.
I just think that tws is doing its marketing wrong and it’s shown as more of a dating site than one to meet great people and converse with them.

....the NSFW jokes we make, shitposts we do..quite a lot of them are something that we wont ever want to do in any other setting like IRL or facebook .

Too many judgemental assholes who will never let you forget or make your life hell.
Here the sense of risk of discovery & social judgement are quite muted.

Anonymity is the primary feature of TWS which makes it so much better for fast interaction & making fast friends...simply based on personality,sense of humor etc. that they display.

@wtfjudith Definitely, I'd have to agree. The screen makes social interaction much less difficult, but we also (tend to) present ourselves as better than we are, or more like we want to be.
And about your second point, I thought nudes were what this site was about. Dating is a whole 'nother business, lol
