Unfortunately, we are who we are. We have to sometimes, just learn to deal with it. One thing I learned about society is, if one issue is resolved, we will find another to fight about. It almost seems like, we look for trouble or fault, and with that mentality we will find one.. Look for trouble, you will find it. So, best way to see it is, make the best of what you got, and move on.. IT is What it Is.. Change happens slow, and sometimes, that is good. Because people's mind is slow to change.

DO YOU MEDITATE? IF YOU DO, THEN WHAT IS YOUR TOOL FOR THAT, HOW DO YOU PERFORM
I meditate while I run or I can say I run to meditate. I had heard about meditation before of course, but never really thought about it that seriously. But in the 2020 Lockdown period, I read an article about it and then understood its meaning and how it positively affects our life. I got excited, I sat down and started performing it, but it didn't work as even after being aware of what Meditation is, I was still not doing it right, couldn't focus at all. Then I realized that my running session is only time in the entire day in which I don't think about anything else and I just focus on my breathing tempo, that's it.
I got my answer then, I started using my Running session as my Meditation tool and I'm still going strong. Thank you for reading this :pray: let's hear about yours ;) -

AVI .. great topic bro. I meditate 2 times a day.. After I do martial arts training, and also before sleep. It helps to get your mind to relax, and focus on things that matter. Let all around you fade out, and focus on the tiny brite lite that comes warmly towards you, floating like a firefly, dancing with grace, keep focus on it, as it warms your body. Yeah, that always works for me.

@Avi well I do agree with you about meditation and there are types of meditation running, dancing speaking gibberish is active meditation not passive best way to understand is in passive one. you need to go for vipassana it's there Al over the world.. you can Google it about it, go to www. dhamma.org. might you understand better, May be or may not.. it's not for every one so thats all I know
