Anime always come from Japan!

Okay, so my question is why does everything that's a Anime come from Japan? Well some people who are NOT Japanese draw anime but don't make the ANIME . I'm NOT Japanese but, I can draw anime really well. Who wants to make history? I'm in AND you?◉‿◉

because it is japanese styled art that's where it originated from. i think anyone can make an anime in tribute to that,, and im pretty sure people already have. your ethnicity or nationality shouldn't prevent you from doing something,, and that applies everywhere. if you want to make an anime go for it :))
