ik what you said but i wouldnt say most either honestly it depends on the genre there are a lot more animes that dont contain thos types of adult content,, but saying kids can't watch anime because most of them are inappropriate is not true,, note i am not supporting children watching that type of stuff,, all i'm saying is most anime is not like that

because it is japanese styled art that's where it originated from. i think anyone can make an anime in tribute to that,, and im pretty sure people already have. your ethnicity or nationality shouldn't prevent you from doing something,, and that applies everywhere. if you want to make an anime go for it :))
