@Mario-Almeida It's not wise to use a small group of them to make a generalization that most Asian girls are materialistic. It is ok to want material things in life but it is not ok to put someone down for that. I too enjoy materialistic stuff, I guess everyone does! ..but I earn for my stuff, I did not nor will I ask for them. And a healthy relationship doesn’t require that you have to fund everything yourself. You guys are supposed to be partners. I’m really sorry for what you are going through.
