Most of the time, A long walk with music... it's amazing. And Sometimes I talk to friends or cousins.

I would take a walk in nature, reading a good (spiritual) book (as I am a Christian), listening to music or having a good conversation with God or with my best friend. Feel free to have a chat with me if you would like to. :)

long walks at night. gives you a lot of time to think about things & feelings. also very good for the soul -
