@Katherine-k Never a good idea to self-diagnose, as there are too many possibilities. Could be anything from migraine headache, to some form of anxiety, even a flu or pneumonia. Any of those could cause the effects you've mentioned. Is there a way to even consult with a doctor, or nurse, if even only by phone? Hope you will find relief soon

I really don't know if you've realised that the causes for your dizziness are just in your post like something inside your head, being confused or nervous, not seeing properly as well as fever and weakness and you could find a solution to all these. Damage plenty of vegetables(eat) to improve on your eye sight or visit an ophthalmologist. See a psychiatrist for some therapies for complex and serious mental illness😁😀 that's if you mentally ill and finally get some psychologists for some therapy talk. But unfortunately, you said your condition cannot allow you see any of these guys but how comes it allowed you post this topic? Post to them too. I'm sure it would allow and hope this post also reaches some of them among us. Hey! If possible you could also add some engineers to the list. Just because they normally deal with machines doesn't mean they cannot also help when it comes to humans.😀😁😂

But sometimes some things we are unable to do ..Like I could call Dr.
Or could call Dr. at home
But I didn't because
At that time I did what I thought was right..
Because at a time when I was losing my state of mind, I could not think of my surroundings, because I spent most of the time on Tws. @Cold-Sun
that's why post it.. coz my mind allowed it to.. .. Now I'm better before n doing well
