@danaNie If your BMI is: below 18.5 – you're in the underweight range . you are already close to this. all you are gonna do is slowly kill yourself and deprive your body of nutrients it needs. anything under 1500 a day is dangerous. but i have told all you damn ANAS this too many times to count. at this point if you wanna slowly kill yourself , then go for it. i warn you. it is slow , painful , and not pretty. i know
