ISIS took responsibility for it right?
So unless the federal govt. comes up with a better explanation it was a lone wolf attack by a deranged psychotic non human being (whatever you can call that thing). -
Stephen Paddock's girlfriend had been kidnapped and he either had to open fire on the crowd or she would be killed.
Just a possible theory.
