i used to sit on my ass and not care about my health. i still have many issues but i am now more in shape than i ever have been (although that isnt saying much)

anyway, i resting heart rate is good to know how fir you are. so tell me your number. just check your pulse sitting down calm or laying down. then check it for 10 seconds and muliply by 6. as i speak mine is 60

they say a good range is 60-80.
