It should be legal.
If a woman were to become pregnant, and it would effect her life in a way she wasn't ready for, who are we to tell her that she has to carry it anyways?
Also, say she got raped? Forcing her to carry a child that she might not even love is cruel, both for the mother and the child. Once the child is born, it would become a constant reminder to the mother about the rape. She wouldn't love the child, she could spurn it and hate it, and take her anger out on in. No child should be subject to the emotional and physical abuse that could occur.

Let we put it this way, it should be both legal and illegal at different circumstances, forinstance, there is condoms and we know we should use them purposely, but there are some couples who never use condoms and they end up abort a child. In this matter abortion should be illegal.

Shouldn't it be a womans choice what wants to put her body through?
Walking around with a pot belly..puking and having constipation and nausea and body ache and not able to sleep and eat or do anything for approx. 9 months and then trying to push a 3-4 kg stuff out ..dilating your botton to 10 cm ...for approx. 16-18 hours and then cleaning piss and potty and not sleeping and listening to the shreek cry and having someone constantly suckling your nipple for the next 3 years.
and then have them take away all your time and all that's yours including your health your beauty etc for the rest of your life..
Why should a woman be forced to bear all this if she doesn't want to?
