What is the purpose of sky and clouds?
-
Curious. Why does sky exist?
-
Sky is absence of any solid cover between Earth and The Sun, Clouds on the other hand serve a different purpose.
- Rain and Snow droppers.
- They serve as barriers for heat moving both in and out of the Earth's atmosphere.
- Clouds regularly help shift dust, bacteria and other particles throughout the planet's surface. Clouds carry dust at a rate much faster than you might think. One estimate puts the amount of dust moving from Africa to a portion of the Amazon basin in South America at about 13 million tons annually

@lucifer_ wow ur knowledge is I pressive
-
@emily I checked the last one on how stuff works...
-
How* not 'why'. 'Why' is asking if there is something that had a reason for creating the sky and it was for a purpose. The way the sky came into being the way it is, is what you want to know and not the purpose because there is no purpose for why the sky is there just like there is no purpose for why paper is white

@Lucifer_ gave you the definite answer to "how" but there is no answer to asking "why" since its like asking for the directions for the edge of the planet
