@PonziTM wow I would ahve loved to read it ...
is there a Dr in the house?
-
dealing with somethign and want an opinion
-
@mikeJB how often r u active during the week? Cuz lack of activity can be a big reason for fatigue and weight gain
-
me we have 4 doctors here!!!
-
@AllAboutGay yes there is . and no i dont want your thermometer in my ass
-
@mikeJB said in is there a Dr in the house?:
ok you tell me what you think i have:
ALWAYS tired/constant yawning
I've had that. Stopped since I'm doing more sports. Can only advise you to do weights. At home maybe with yayog or some similar system. Doing weights is the best way to lose weight, for after the workout you continue to loose the next 48 hours. Running/jogging and the like only burns fat for max. 1 hour after the workout. You literally would have to run 24x as much time as you have to do weights to get the same result.
gaining extra weight even when i dont eat that much
This starts around age 27 - 30 and grows only worse with every year :joy:
constipation that might go into a week
The proper diet for anybody needs testing. All bodys are different. Sadly doctor's seem to know nuthin' about how nutrition actually works, the body is way too complex a system, they haven't started understanding the start of it. Only the really heavy things like cancer or broken legs or stuff like that, do they have a real hang on...
another symptom...i always feel cold even in a hot stuffy house
This one I have too. For me it's genetical. My mom's got it too. My brother doesn't.
So, I'm not telling you to give up figuring out what this is. Keep testing, asking, thinking, learning. However my advices might help you with that.

Sorry I haven't read to the end of this thread yet; but I was curious if you're somehow being exposed to higher than normal levels of CO2.
CO2 has an effect on people in many ways. It can cause one to be lethargic and fatigued. And scientists have also linked CO2 with weight gain. Apparently it makes people feel 6% hungrier. -
@pardis2001 Anime is wonderful writing stories and novels Do you know that 😌😉
-
@idek2019 i do a climb of my 3 flights of stairs for about 10 min every day. maybe walk some. no weights. another symptom...i always feel cold even in a hot stuffy house
-
@mikeJB that could be the reason, or maybe there is some kind of vitamin or mineral deficiency in ur blood. Not having the proper mix of vitamins in ur diet can lead to complications like fatigue or weight gain due to a messed up metabolism
-
@idek2019 why the high co2 buildup?
-
@idek2019 yep CENTRAL sleep apnea. not obstructive
-
@mikeJB well that could be the reason for ur fatigue and weight gain but I don’t know about ur increased CO2 levels
-
@idek2019 apnea would DEF cause the high c02. but i still think it is hypothyroid
-
@mikeJB No, there is a gay in the house
-
ok you tell me what you think i have:
ALWAYS tired/constant yawning
gaining extra weight even when i dont eat that much
constipation that might go into a weekonly medicine i take is blood pressure meds. last blood test they said was healthy and no anemia. no C or anything like that.
so WHAT IS IT?????
-
@mikeJB I will ask when they come home from hospital. I'll let u know :)
-
@mikeJB oh, well in that case u may be catching a flu
-
@idek2019 nope. no flu symptoms. no fever. no pain. no cough at all. not even a runny nose. this has been like this FOR MONTHS !
another mention. my last blood workup had a carbon dioxide level of 33. that is considered high -
@mikeJB if u live in a big city with a large population, that could be the reason since there is more industrialism, a lot of greenhouse gas emissions, and not enough trees to support the oxygen needs of each person, since every inhale Of oxygen is followed by an exhale of CO2.
-
@idek2019 im starting to think it is my apnea
