Idealistic or Realistic?

I hope for the best in everything and everyone. I seek out the silver linings others do not see. I'm a dreamer who yearns and strives for a better world, and I believe it is achievable. Yet I also know we won't achieve it. I know the selfish people outnumber the caring ones. I know people's scope of vision is limited and narrow.

But that does not prevent me trying.

@Wanderer487 Being a realist is far more better for me because i can stay content with the stuff i have in my life rather being an idealist and craving for things i can't achieve.In the end we all leave in a world where almost nothing is ideal or utopian so it's better to be a realist.

ideals are not a purpose, they are a tool to do whatever you want... if it conflicts with truth then its simple worthless...
