So i might have been rejected for a job today brcause im too introverted. Any introverts had problems like this.

talk problems? yeah I know that, but I dont have any problems so far conversation remains formal. But informal... I can only ask & answer... in chat mostly...
That's not always fear, most of the time you just don't know what to say and you just say something... which is not necessary adequate to the current topic
