@DireWolfQueen95 I have watched the exorcist (old one), the conjuring- 1,2; Annabelle- 1,2,3; poltergeist, silence of the lambs, the ring, paranormal activity, the witch, Aliens, Halloween, the sixth sense, insidious-1,2.
I never understood insidious-2's story-line
Though i have missed a few good movies but I can help you.

"Small Town"? "Almost everyone dies"? Could be 'The Stand' by Stephen King. Or 'The Crazies' by George A Romero. Apart from that, it might be Z for Zachariah, or that overwrought thing Chris Pine did a few years back. Dunno, m8.
