@TalkWithStranger you know how these "connection lost problems" could be solved?

If you loose a connection, you can click on a button and you'll enter a chatroom, where all the people are who lost someone and want to reconnect. You can just see their screen name and ask them if they are the one who just chatted with you and would like to continue.

Like maybe beside your name you could enter a message: "looking for XYZ, just lost connection with her"...

That way there wouldn't be all these topics in the community, where the conversation partner might not even look and people could actually reconnect right after the connection was lost... That's how I'd implement it anyways :shrug:

I've been trying for a while now to get TWS to notice that there is some potential for making these things better. You could also try to petition them, if you think this is a good idea...
