This is an amazyn question.
I’ve been thinking about this throughout my life. I’ve trained myself in Sign Language for this specific purpose. I’ll try to talk them in Normal Sign languages like eating is depicted by hand going towards mouth et all and this is what will come handy.

So the first rule is not to panic! I’ll take a look at the people first and try to guess their country/continent (YES!) and I’ll say it aloud. I hope that they’ll understand what I’m referring to and will say the name of their place.

Then, I’ll ask them if they’ve phone? I expect a Shake of head to signal ‘No’. So I’ll just take off from the place and begin my quest to return Home. Also, I’ve seen enough Jason Bourne Movies to guide me well. I’ll make use of the various skills that I’ve acquired so far in that Journey.

Alternatively, I partially know a few languages other than English. So if they speak that, then Voíla!
