What's the best season to dress up in?

I felt this topic is subjective but interesting to see what others think on it. I personally think winter is the best time of the year to do a lot of dressing up as there's more layers to add on and feel or look more fashionable but some people say fall and summer and so on. What do you think?

Definitely winter, or at least a season when it's cold, so I can where hoodies. I freaking love hoodies. Cause if I where a hoodie in the summer, I'll be dying in the heat easily and/or people will question me.

Winters a great season to dress up.... but I think that the Autumn (the Fall) is also a great time.
Other than that ... for me it was always 'party Season' ;)
