OH MAH GAH BOOBOO
YOU POOR THANGWhatchu need momma to get you?
Vagina surfboards?
The ole plug for your bloody outlet?I hate when Aunt flow comes into town....geez
Nah but for realsies
Drink plenty of water
Try heating packs or ice packs, not both, heat always works better for me
Take a nice warm bath if cramps get really bad because its quite soothing
Mints help if you are feeling a bit sick from it, feel an oncoming headache, or start getting dizzy
One weird thing that Ive found works is icy hot lotion (the ointment where you rub it on your skin and it switches between warm and cool, smells super minty)
Scents give you other shit to focus on and both of these also help everything relaxAnd just like any other stomach pain,
Tea is your best friend
And you guessed it, peppermint tea is amazing -

I'm a guy but you won't be able to alleviate the paying, you could take painkillers but that's not a good idea. Reason why it's may be hurting it's because a lot of blood flow is headed towards the lining of the uterus causing pain and unsettlement also including the muscle contractions.

Try Tylenol or midol and a heating pad. Also as soon as you feel it coming on try some relaxation techniques. Try to stay calm and don’t fight the pain just try to keep your muscles relaxed. Hot baths help too. But if you find that every month you’re in unbearable pain talk to your mom or dad. Get to a doctor and don’t be scared an exam is really not that bad. They can see if everything is ok and possibly prescribe you birth control pills in order to regulate your hormones, make your flow lighter and less painful. Good luck. I’ve been there.
