Ladies, I lost to my twin sis at boxing in front of her friend that I like and likes me (I think)

She was too fast and kept dodging and jabbing me while I struggled tryna swing all like "mm.." "ehh!" And I noticed her friend smirking trying not to giggle until I swung angrily n missed while my sis ducked n hit me in the gut makin me let out a big *** "uhh!" Knocking the wind outa me so we stopped and I hear her friend gasp and yell "aww! Omg dayyuum!" So ladies, if u were her or even my gf what would you honestly say/think/do? This just happened recently I'm bothered about what she thinks of me..
